My name is Michael Leonard and here is my short introduction to what we can do for you at Leonard Estates, whether you are thinking of buying or selling a property.

I have fifteen years experience in auctioneering, both buying and selling property for clients i.e. land, development land, sites commercial buildings, shops, apartments and a broad range of houses.

Prior to entering the auctioneering profession, I worked for twenty years in the construction industry- building houses, factories, commercial properties and shops. This is an enormous benefit for you, the client as we can offer you expert advice on the type of property you wish to sell or buy.
